Personal data may be processed to answer product, catalogue, quotation and business inquiries; conduct visitor and customer communication; protect the security and continuity of the website; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise or protect legal rights. Collection and transfers
Data is collected electronically through the contact form and email communication. The contact form sends the supplied fields to the configured company email address using the WordPress mail system. The theme does not create a separate customer database from submitted messages. Email copies may remain in the sending and receiving mail systems according to their configured retention periods.
For abuse prevention, an irreversible hash derived from the visitor IP address is retained by WordPress for approximately one hour to limit repeated submissions. Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used to reduce unauthorised access, loss, misuse and disclosure risks.
Links to third-party websites are governed by those services’ own terms and privacy practices. This information is reviewed when the website’s forms, providers or technical services change.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The theme does not include advertising pixels or behavioural-marketing analytics. WordPress, the multilingual system, security infrastructure and hosting environment may use strictly necessary or functional technologies required for security, administration, language presentation and reliable delivery of the website.
Google Maps
The contact page contains an embedded Google Maps view. When the map loads, technical data such as the visitor’s IP address and browser/device information may be transmitted to Google and processed under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. The map remains available as a location and directions service.
If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies are introduced, this policy will be updated and those technologies will not be activated before the visitor choice required by applicable law.
